PCE Instruments Digital Thermometer, Temperature Measuring Range -50 to 1850 °C, PCE-894, 4250348719140
The PCE-894 infrared thermometer with double laser has a temperature range from -50 °C to +1850 °C. The laser infrared thermometer has an optical resolution of 50:1 and allows a precise, non-contact temperature measurement of very small areas. This allows you to use the double infrared thermometer, for example, in heating, ventilation or air conditioning to measure the pipeline temperature without the ambient temperatures of the adjacent surfaces affect the accurate readings of the pipeline.
The double laser infrared thermometer is also widely used in the automotive industry. On engine test benches, the surface temperatures of engines can be determined quickly and reliably during a test run. The temperature of freshly painted sheet metal and plastic parts can also be measured without leaving marks on the parts. The infrared thermometer with cross laser can also be used in other areas of industry and trade for maintenance and servicing, and the infrared thermometer is ideal for measuring rotating or live parts.
The special feature of the double laser infrared thermometer is the short response time (150 ms) without touching the measured object. The point infrared thermometer is also gladly used in the food industry, since the products are not contaminated. The infrared thermometer with double laser has a memory and a Bluetooth interface to enable online recording of the measured values. Via the thermocouple connection type K, which is available on the device, you have the possibility to connect thermocouple sensors in addition to the infrared measurement, in order to realize various tasks with one device.
The cross laser infrared thermometer also offers the possibility to set alarm functions, as well as to adapt the emissivity (explanation emissivity) to the measuring task. In the following links you will find a table with the emissivity of different metals and a table with the emissivity of different non-metals.
