Huskie Tools Gear-Driven Cable Cutter (ACsr/Al/Cu) Tool Kit, Dual-Bay A/C Charger, 2 Batts (18V, 5Ah), Copper up to 500 MCM, REC-Y733M

The REC-Y733M Cable cutter is used to cut up to 636 ACSR and up to 500 MCM copper cables. the open jaw makes it easy to insert cables for one handed operation. the jaw, which incorporates a blade retainer, keeps the blade from spreading apart when cutting cable with a steel core. It features a lock-out switch for reversing the blade direction all-with one handed operation. the powerful gear drive allows the operator to quickly cut some of the toughest cables with ease. NOTE: the REC-Y733M will not cut guy wire, ground rod, anchor rod or bolts.
  • LED status indicator for battery life.
  • Overload circuit protection in the event maximum cable size is exceeded.
  • Auto retract feature lets operator choose how far the blade retracts for maximum efficiency on repetitive cutting operations.
  • Tested up to 75kV – for use in live line applications without damage to internal circuitry
  • Compatible with Huskie Tools 18V/5.0Ah Batteries
  • 5Yr. Tool / 3Yr. Battery and Charger – Huskie Tools Limited Warranty
