The Koblenz U-80 is great for use in offices and other commercial settings. There is no single motor vacuum on the market that provides this amount of industrial strength such affordable! Maintenance is easy as pie, as no tools are required! Changing out the belt can be done by simply opening the easy access fan chamber. Removing clogs has never been easier either. With the removable bottom plate to access the vacuum channel, you can easily access all parts of the vacuum that may clog. Basically there has never been an easier to maintain vacuum! Comes with a ball bearing brush roll, Lexan fan, and a 2 year commercial warranty. Uses a type "A" top fill replacement bag.
