Induction cooktop is just one of the various categories of Gasland Chef. This 12" induction cooktop is a built-in style 220-Volt - 240-Volt induction cooker. It is bound to catch your eyes with its smooth black vitro ceramic glass to its robust edges. The Gasland Chef built-in electric cooktop comes with 2-powerful burners. The glass surface can be easily cleaned after the cooking.

• Powerful cooking zones, product size: 20.5" x 11.5" x 2.2" (520 mm x 290 mm x 55 mm), cut out size: 19.8" x 10.8" (500 mm x 270 mm), this 12" induction cooktop is suitable for AC220-240-Volt, featuring 2-powerful cooking zones, one 1500-Watt (boost to 1800-Watt) and another 2000-Watt (boost to 2300-Watt) with total power 3000-Watt to 3800-Watt for quickly cooking.
• Power boost plus flex zones: the boost function allows the cooking zone to rising to a larger power in 1-second and lasting for 5-minutes, the cooking zones can be used as a single zone (flex zone) or two different zones according to the cooking needs anytime.
• Digital sensor touch controls: this sensor touch control induction cooktop has 9-power levels, for precision to switch into different level from boil to simmer, the digital sensor touch controls help to easy control the induction cooker heating accurately.
• Multiple protection functions: we developed and manufactured this product strictly, this induction stove top have different protection functions to ensure safety, such as the child safety lock, overheating protection, auto shutdown protection and detection of small articles.
• Power boost function: touch the heating zone selection and the B control, the heating zone will begin to work at boost mode, power display will show P to indicate the boosting zone, you can cancel the boost in the same way.

• Barbecue function: this function used the flexible zone mode which will allow the pan surface temperature stay at a reasonable level by touching the heating zone selection control and hold the BBQ control for 3-seconds to active the BBQ function.
• Timer function: the timer can be used in 2-different ways, you can use it as a minute minder and in this case the timer will not turn any cooking zone off the set time is up, you can also use it to turn 1 or 2-burners off when the set time is up, you can set the timer for up to 99-minutes.
