Available in CBN and Diamond Designed for producing chip breaker form on fly cutters and lathe tools, the Tradesman CR wheels are 6” in diameter and have two rads: 0.160” and 0.060”. Corner rads are for form tool work round ends and concave shapes.
The Tradesman CR Lathemaster Wheel is a good compliment to the Tradesman End Mill Workstation which commonly has diamond wheels for set screw flats and neck reductions on carbide tools. The CBN Lathe-master wheel can be used on the other side of the grinder for lathe tools or general-purpose grinding of steel. The wheel is 3/4” wide and has a 1/2” of plating on the side for flat grinds. 6" x .75" CBN 180 grit Corner Radius Wheel, 1.25" arbor.
